Aerial Advertising Services Return and Cancellation Policy ___________________________________________________________
Returns –
If a customer has received defective photographs of the banner tow, and we are unable to replace the photographs, Aerial Services will issue a credit to the customer for the amount charged for the photography service
Cancellations –
A booked and prepaid flight, may be canceled 3 or more days prior to the scheduled flight date, and customer will receive a full refund, less a $50 scheduling fee, and any charges for banner production, airport use fees and other expenses.
Customer cancellations received with less than a three-day notice will be not be refunded.
Banner flights that are canceled prior to launch due to weather, FAA or ATC regulations, equipment failures, or other reasons out of the control of the customer will receive a full refund, less a $50 scheduling fee, and any charges for banner production, airport use fees and other expenses.
Banner flights that are unfulfilled after launch due to weather, FAA or ATC regulations, or other reasons out of the control of Aerial Advertising Services will be not be refunded.
